CATERING

Bacon rolls and coffee will be available on a cash sale basis for £5.00

A meal after the golf will be provided for all players and officials

Invited guests for official’s meal: Club President, Club Captain, Club Manager + MGU attending officials.

 

DRESS REGULATIONS

Clubhouse: Smart casual – no trainers, no caps, no waterproofs              

Course: Normal golf clothing, tailored shorts with sport socks allowed. 

 

MGU ADMINISTRATION

Locality of desk: Main bar by patio doors to terrace

Players will be issued with tear off strip score cards at registration

Local rules/temporary local rules: EG Hard card + local rules.                 

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

First Aid: Club has 3 trained First aiders                                                       

There are wooden shelters on the course close to 4th & 8th tee                

In the event of thunder and lightning the MGU have hand held klaxons and will take responsibility:  MGU storm monitor. Club have hand held klaxons at Proshop

 

THE COURSE

Tees to be used: White (measured course)     Other furniture to be removed if practicable: Not required         

Players will be provided with a pin position chart on registration.

Yardage Markers: Discs in fairway to middle greens at 100, 150 and 200 yards

 

PRACTICE

Practice round. Available up to 3 weeks before championship. Green fee of £10.00 per player. All to be arranged through the Proshop and will be subject to availability.

Practice facilities: Range, short game area, putting green
